We offer low flat rate shipping, with free shipping on domestic orders over $250. Most orders within the lower 48 ship via UPS, with tracking provided by email.
- APO/DPO addresses ship via USPS
- International orders ship via DHL or UPS
- Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days for a full refund, or 14 days for store credit. All returns must be approved in advance.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags
- Altered items are not eligible for return
- All sale items and items purchased with discount codes (including seasonal sales), grooming products, underwear, and gift cards are final sale
Exchanges are subject to availability—email ahead to confirm.
Shipping Protection
Our Shipping & Package Protection Plan is available at checkout for domestic U.S. orders only.
- If selected: free returns, free exchanges, and coverage for lost or stolen packages
- If not selected: customer is responsible for return shipping and we are not liable for lost or stolen packages
- International orders are not eligible for free returns
