Shipping Policy

Franklin and Poe is proud to ship world-wide via (USPS/UPS/DHL). Currently most domestic packages are shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email. 

We have a $10 flat rate for orders under $250, and free shipping on all orders over $250 within the lower 48 States. All other shipping rates are determined by region and delivery time.

Within the lower 48 states we ship the majority of our packages via UPS. Orders shipped to an APO/DPO address are shipped via USPS. 

International orders are shipped primarily through DHL or UPS. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any local customs or duties placed on the package upon arrival. As we ship worldwide, we have no knowledge of country specific import taxes, so please refer to guidance from your local government. 

Orders shipped via UPS, Fedex, and DHL may take up to 2-7 days, depending on delivery location. Please note, these are estimates - holidays and other events that are out of our control may affect shipping times.

Our brick and mortar shop is open Tuesday through Sunday. We aim to fulfill all regular shipping orders Tuesday through Saturday within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. All orders placed Sunday or Monday will ship Tuesday as we are closed on Monday. Please keep in mind we are a very small shop and some variances may occur with shipping times! But we aim to ship your order as fast as humanly possible!

Return Policy

Franklin and Poe stands behind our quality goods. Before purchasing, if you have any questions about a product that we carry, we encourage you to contact us at info@franklinandpoe.com. We also understand that not all products will work for you, which is why we accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be in new condition with original tags, unworn and unwashed, with no visible wear. Hemmed any other altered items are not eligible for return. All merchandise purchased on sale, through a seasonal discount code, grooming products, underwear, gift cards, consignment and all alterations are final. We will issue a refund once the returned items are back in our shop. 

Any returns using a gift card or store credit will be refunded in the form of a gift card or store credit.

We do not refund shipping fees. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on exchanges or returns.

We accept returns for full refunds within seven (7) days of the order delivery date. Store credit for returns will be issued for returns within fourteen (14) days of the order delivery. Before making a return, an email must be sent to info@franklinandpoe.com for authorization and include the original purchase order number. 

We carry limited quantities of many items. To ensure an exchange can be fulfilled, contact info@franklinandpoe.com
