Shipping Policy

Franklin & Poe ships worldwide via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Most domestic packages ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

  • $10 flat rate for orders under $250 (lower 48 states)
  • FREE shipping on orders over $250 (lower 48 states)
  • All other shipping rates are calculated based on region and delivery speed

Domestic Shipping

  • Most packages ship via UPS
  • APO/DPO addresses ship via USPS

International Shipping

  • Orders ship via DHL or UPS
  • Customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes
  • Please refer to your local government for import regulations

Delivery Timing

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 days depending on location
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays or carrier delays

Order Fulfillment

  • We aim to fulfill all regular shipping orders Monday through Friday within 24–48 hours
  • Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following week
  • We’re a small shop—some delays may occur, but we aim to ship as fast as possible

Return Policy

What Can Be Returned

  • Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Unaltered
    • With original tags attached

Hemmed or altered items are NOT eligible for return

  • Grooming products
  • Underwear
  • Gift cards

Return Timeline

  • Full refund: within 7 days of delivery
  • Store credit: within 14 days of delivery

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected
  • Orders purchased with gift cards or store credit will be refunded as store credit

Return Shipping & Package Protection

Shipping & Package Protection Plan applies to domestic U.S. shipments only (not international orders)

At checkout, you can opt into our Shipping & Package Protection Plan.

If you opt in (domestic only):

  • Free return labels
  • Free exchanges
  • Free returns for refund or store credit
  • Package is fully covered for loss or theft

If you do NOT opt in:

  • You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen return packages

International orders are not eligible for free returns and are always responsible for return shipping costs
