    The N1 Vest takes cues from the classic U.S. Navy deck jacket of the 1940s, reimagined in a unique silhouette, with all of the hard wearing construction for which Iron Heart is known. It’s cut from 12oz Japanese duck canvas and lined with a soft boa fleece. The fabric’s rich brown color comes from a complex double-dye process: dyed first in a rustic brown, then lightly overdyed in black and washed back to reveal a charred, timeworn finish. Each piece is unique, with subtle variations in tone and patina that develop from the dye process itself.

Plackets can also be found at the neckline of a shirt, the cuff of a sleeve, or at the waist of a skirt or pair of trousers. This is done to give support and strength to the placket fabric because the placket and the fasteners on it are often subjected to stress when the garment is worn.     • Low flat rate shipping. Free shipping over $250 on domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please see "Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges” under our “INFO” tab on any page for up-to-date shipping rates.
    • Most packages are shipped via UPS in the lower 48.
    • Orders shipped to an APO/DPO address are shipped via USPS.
    • International orders are shipped primarily through DHL or UPS. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any local customs or duties placed on the package upon arrival. As we ship worldwide, we have no knowledge of country specific import taxes, so please refer to guidance from your local government.

    Returns
