    A classic double v sweatshirt, Samurai's SIS25-101 is a deceptively complex garment, ripe with patina potential. Cut from a sturdy 14.5oz, tightly knit 30-count yarn fabric, the sweatshirt is a great layer for cold weather. The fabric is what makes this piece really special; woven from indigo rope dyed threads, the finished garment is overdyed with persimmon tannins, a highly traditional dye in Japan. Persimmon tannins are highly reactive to light and, as a result, the color of the fabric will deepen and patina over time with good wear.
