    Inspired by the tanker jackets issued to U.S. servicemen in the 1940s, Iron Heart’s Fall/Winter ’25 version brings military heritage into modern utility. Cut from a 12oz sulphur-dyed whipcord, the fabric is built to fade and wear over time, developing the character of a well-worn original. True to Iron Heart form, it’s not a reproduction but a complete rework of a classic. The jacket is lined with weather-resistant Japanese Ventile for lightweight protection against wind and rain, and finished with a two-way zipper, internal wind placket, and hybrid knit cuffs and hem for a secure, ergonomic fit. External handwarmer pockets and an internal snap pocket round out the design.

    What it's made out of

    • 100% cotton

    • Woven with hard twisted yarnsHard twisted yarns are spun with a high degree of twist, which makes them stiffer and stronger. This type of yarn is used to weave whipcord (“Jungle Cloth”) fabrics, increasing durability and resistance to abrasion.

    • Orders shipped to an APO/DPO address are shipped via USPS.
