    Inspired by a photo of Peter Sellers on the set of the 1966 film After the Fox, Papa Nui's  Directors Cap pays a two-fold homage to the comedy legend with it's dusty pink color. The silhouette of the hat is reminiscent of casual wear from the mid 20th century, and is constructed in Japan from an ultra fine cotton poplin.

    • To stretch, cold water soak or wash, towel dry then place over knee to vigorously pull and rotate until desired sizing is achieved, normally 1-1.5cm, wear until dry
    • To shrink, sometimes a warm water soak is sufficient but if more shrinkage is desired follow "Papa's pot cap soup method": Boil cap for 2 minutes, towel dry and check size, if extra shrinkage is desired place in hot clothes dryer, maximum shrinkage is usually 1- 1.5cm
