    As heavyweight flannels go, the Iron Heart Ultra Heavy Flannels are the champs. They get softer with wear and will most likely outlast you and anything else in your closet. The UHFs are made of Aspero cotton - a naturally occurring wild cotton from the foothills of North East Peru. It's actually a tree (yes, a tree!) so it's one of the purest, most organic forms of cotton in the world. It cannot be mass produced and has been prized by the Peruvians for centuries for its softness, fineness, volume and strength.

    This version of the UHF is a first for Iron Heart: an overdyed UHF in a solid colorway. To achieve this rich camel-brown shade, the shirt is first made using a regular yarn-dyed UHF fabric before being overdyed in the same color after construction. This process deepens and intensifies the hue, softening the fabric further while retaining the signature UHF heft.
