Description
Cut in Iron Heart’s western-style CPO silhouette, this shirt is built from a substantial 13.5oz dobby-woven fabric that offers texture, depth, and plenty of character. Woven using traditional dobby loom techniques, the fabric develops a richly textured, highly tactile surface that sets it apart from standard twill or plain-weave shirting.
For this fabric, Iron Heart turned to 100% Mexican cotton, using long-staple fibers that create a denser, more substantial yarn. The result is a cloth that wears heavier than its stated weight, delivering the feel of a much more rugged fabric while remaining breathable enough for year-round use.
Because the yarns are indigo dyed, the raised texture of the dobby weave creates countless edges and high points that will fade with wear. Over time, the fabric develops striking contrast and highlights the depth of the fabric, making each shirt unique to its owner.
Designed to bridge the gap between shirt and lightweight jacket, it’s finished with dual western-style chest pockets, heavy-duty black snaps, tonal stitching, and subtle red bobbin thread on the interior. A versatile layer with plenty of texture today and even more character to come.
