Description

First released in very limited quantities over a decade ago, the 1955 cut didn't make its way into regular rotation in the Iron Heart lineup until late 2024. Based on the levis 501 from its namesake year, the 1955 is fuller in the top block, with a higher rise—similar to the brand's 888 relaxed taper cut—but with a straighter leg through to the hem.

This version of the 1955 is cut from Iron Heart's 14oz selvedge denim. Though this fabric is the lightest offered by the brand, it still retains the double twisted weft yarn's as Iron Heart's signature 21oz denim. This means you get a fabric that is substantial yet soft, and is a bit better suited for year round wear.
