    First issued in 1901, with originals now fetching some seriously eye-watering prices on the vintage market, the USN Dungaree Jumper is an iconic, unique piece of military history. Issued until the end of the 1940's, the jacket features a distinct shawl collar (with no pointed tip, the collar doesn't blow around when exposed to strong winds), denim construction, square patch pockets, and, prior to WWII metal rationing, removable painted brass buttons. 

    As a brand dedicated to faithful reproduction, Buzz Rickson's take on this piece of denim history is unsurprisingly meticulous. Though it's replete with historical details, including those removable metal buttons, the jacket's boxy shape is timeless, and, for those concerned about being mistaken for a historical reenactor, seamlessly incorporates into a contemporary wardrobe.

    Returns
