Description
New for Spring/Summer ’26, the collarless chore jacket brings a different shape to the lineup. Like last season’s coveralls, it’s built with a more tailored fit than Iron Heart’s earlier chore coats. Side seams are pushed slightly back and the waist is more tapered, creating a cleaner line and a more natural position for the hand pockets.
The fabric is a 10.5oz Japanese herringbone twill. It starts with sulphur-dyed black and white yarns, then the finished jacket is overdyed in black. That process softens the contrast in the weave, bringing it down to a mix of black and grey tones. The poly/cotton stitching doesn’t take the dye, so it stays visible and outlines the construction. The sulphur overdye also affects the hardware, leaving it slightly oxidized with a worn-in look.
It’s cut a bit oversized to allow for layering, with a tack button front, snap-fastened chest pockets, and triple-stitched seams throughout.
