    The Heimat Textil Signal hat is inspired by the hats worn by fisherman and naval sailors throughout history. The bobble was added to wool hats to protect sailors from low hanging beams below deck. Often sailors wore matching hats as a boat "team color". This hat was made from 100% virgin wool in Germany, with 8.5cm 1.5 fold to give you extra warmth.

    Shipping

    • World-wide shipping via (USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL). You will receive a tracking number via email.
    • Low flat rate shipping. Free shipping over $250 on domestic orders. Please see "Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges” under our “INFO” tab on any page for up-to-date shipping rates.
    • Most packages are shipped via UPS in the lower 48.
    • Orders shipped to an APO/DPO address are shipped via USPS.

    Returns
