Red Wing Heritage 8062
The Red Wing Heritage 8062 Merchant boot features the Olive Mohave roughout leather and is built on the 8 last, which is the same last used for the Iron Ranger. But due to the lack of a toe-box, the Merchant has a slimmer look and a lower toe profile, and breaks-in half the time of your normal Red Wings.
The 8062 Merchant is built on a Chemi Gum sole, which Red Wing has been using for work boots since 1964 and is now introducing into the Heritage line. Featuring a lower cork content than the Nitrile Cork sole, the Chemi Gum sole creates a clean, slim, and lightweight boot.

- Remove the laces. Take a rubber cleaning bar to wipe away any dirt and dark stains. Then take a suede brush to remove any rubber shavings on the rough-out boot. Apply Mink Oil to help strengthen and preserve the leather. This can be done with your fingers or a soft cloth. Once the boot is dry, apply a thin layer of Leather Protector to protect your boots from dirt, water, salt, and mud.
